Food grade catalase for decomposing hydrogen peroxide in cheese making and food package
Catalase TF516S is a food-grade enzyme produced by submerged fermentation and advanced post-processing. It can effectively decompose the hydrogen peroxide into oxygen and water. TF516S is a safe and efficient product to eliminate hydrogen peroxide under various circumstances.

Benefits
- Eliminate hydrogen peroxide generated by milk during the cheese-making process;
- Prevent food oxidation when used in food packaging;
- Produce gluconate when used with glucose oxidase.
Application
Recommend dosage is 0.05% to 0.5% of hydrogen peroxide weight. Dosage should be adjusted according to the production conditions.
Add directly to the hydrogen peroxide solution and mix well, or pre-dissolved in water and mix with the solution.
Storage
Preserve in a cool and dry area with good ventilation. Avoid direct sunlight. A storage temperature of 0℃~10℃ can extend shelf-life.
Shelf-life
12 months at room temperature (25℃).
Safety
Avoid inhaling enzyme powder. Rinse immediately with water if contact with skin or eyes.
